How can I get a Bamboo online account set up?

If your active Bamboo policy does NOT have dashes, you already have an account! Simply visit my.bambooinsurance.com and click “Forgot Password?” to get access. 

If your active Bamboo policy does have dashes, here are 3 ways you can request it. (Quick tip, have your policy number and a valid email address handy!)
  1. Submit a request: This will send your request directly to our Customer Service team. Be sure to include your policy number.
  2. Call us: Our friendly team is available at (833) 922-6266.
  3. Email us: Send a message directly to customerservice@bambooinsurance.com.
