How do I cancel my Bamboo policy?

Helpful tips

• For cancellations effective on a current or future date, written confirmation is required. This can be provided via email from either the agent or the insured. 
• If cancellation is backdated less than 30 days, we will need ONE of the following to process the cancellation:
  
  • Signed written or typed request to cancel that includes: Name, Policy Number, Date of Cancellation and Signature
  • A signed Cancel Request
  • Declaration Page from a new carrier
  • Sellers Statement or Escrow Letter

• If cancellation is backdated more than 30 days, we will need ONE of the following to process the cancellation:
  • Declaration Page from a new carrier
  • Seller's Statement or Escrow Letter
