After reviewing your claim, your Bamboo Claims Advocate will reach out to go over the details. If you submitted your claim during business hours, you can typically expect a call within 4 hours, or by 10 A.M. the following business day. For claims submitted outside business hours or on weekends, your advocate will contact you no later than noon the next business day.
